Scope and agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mediwells.com, which Mediwells LLC (“Mediwells,” “we,” or “us”) operates. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

This site currently offers information about Mediwells, a care walkthrough, and guidance about possible next steps. It does not create a patient account, accept medical intake answers, take payment, or place a prescription order. A separate patient-care service may have its own terms, privacy notices, clinical consents, and offer-specific disclosures. Review them before enrolling; those documents govern that service or transaction where applicable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information associated with this website and Mediwells administrative contacts is handled.

Availability and eligibility

Information on this site is directed to adults exploring online care in the United States. Services, clinicians, medications, pharmacies, and delivery options can vary by location and over time. A page describing a care option does not mean that option is available to you or lawful in your location. Any future patient-care service must confirm your location, eligibility, and applicable clinical requirements before care begins.

Do not provide another person’s information or claim to be eligible on their behalf without authority. You are responsible for giving accurate information directly to the patient-care service if you decide to proceed. Mediwells Care Concierges can explain administrative steps but cannot decide clinical eligibility.

Care, clinical decisions, and emergencies

Website articles, offer descriptions, and Care Concierge guidance explain a process; they are not personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use them instead of advice from a qualified clinician who knows your situation. Independent licensed clinicians make medical and prescribing decisions. They may request more information, recommend another form of care, or decide that a requested treatment is unsuitable. No website statement, conversation, or payment guarantees a visit, treatment, prescription, or result.

Browsing this site or talking with a Care Concierge does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship, if one begins, is governed by the responsible provider and the patient-care service’s own consent and privacy documents.

This site is not for emergencies. If you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency care. Do not wait for a reply from Mediwells or a Care Concierge. Do not send urgent symptoms through this website or an administrative email.

Clinical services and consent

Mediwells provides the branded website and administrative guidance. When clinical care is available through Mediwells, the licensed medical practice identified during intake provides the care, keeps the applicable medical record, and makes treatment and prescribing decisions. Mediwells Care Concierges cannot change those decisions.

Before telehealth care begins, the patient-care service must present the consent and disclosures that apply to your location and treatment. These may address the benefits and limits of remote evaluation, technology or communication failures, privacy risks, when in-person or emergency care is appropriate, and any treatment-specific matters. Compounded medication, weight-care treatment, testing, or another service may require additional information and consent where applicable. Reading this website does not sign a clinical consent or authorize a prescription.

If an electronic signature or acknowledgment is requested in the patient-care flow, read the document shown there before accepting it. Those clinical and transaction documents are distinct from these Mediwells website Terms. The responsible provider’s privacy notice and contact information must also be made available in that flow.

Orders, payment, and fulfillment

Mediwells.com does not currently accept orders or payment. No charge, subscription, or automatic renewal is authorized merely by visiting this website or reading these Terms.

If a future care offer becomes available, the patient-care flow must disclose the actual price and charge timing, what is included or excluded, whether charges recur, how to cancel, refund conditions, any insurance or reimbursement position, and applicable pharmacy and shipping details before you commit. Those offer-specific terms and the separate service’s checkout disclosures will apply to the transaction. Do not assume that a listed service includes a particular medication or that a clinician will prescribe one.

Pharmacy dispensing, packaging, delivery, storage, and shipment timing depend on the prescribing provider, the pharmacy, your location, and the product. Follow instructions supplied with any medication and contact the responsible provider or pharmacy with medication or delivery questions. This website does not itself dispense or ship medication.

Communications

If you contact Mediwells by email, phone, or another administrative channel, we may use that channel to respond about your request or explain a next step. Electronic messages can be delayed, misdirected, or read by someone with access to your device or account. Do not include sensitive medical information in an ordinary email or text; use the patient-care service’s designated clinical channel.

We will seek any consent required by law before sending optional promotional communications. If you receive them, follow the opt-out instructions or contact [email protected]. Opting out of promotions does not necessarily stop a response to a request you made. Your phone or internet provider may charge for communications under its plan.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site for lawful, personal information purposes. Do not use it to impersonate someone, misrepresent your authority to act for another person, infringe others’ rights, or send malicious code. Do not try to enter restricted systems, overwhelm the site, defeat its security, or interfere with another visitor’s access. Do not harvest site content or contact details for unauthorized commercial use.

We may limit access when reasonably needed to address abuse, protect the site, or comply with law. Because this site does not currently provide accounts or patient care, limiting website access does not decide whether a clinician may treat you through a separate service.

Content and branding

The Mediwells name, wordmark, site design, and original website content belong to Mediwells or its licensors. You may read and save a copy of public pages for your personal reference. That permission does not transfer ownership, allow resale or republication, or permit use of our branding that suggests our endorsement. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Other services and links

Links may lead to a patient-care platform, clinician group, pharmacy, payment processor, or another independent website. Mediwells does not control every linked service by linking to it. Read its terms and privacy notice before sharing information or making a purchase. A linked service may be unavailable, may change its offerings, or may impose different eligibility and support rules.

When an independent clinician provides care, questions about diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, records, and medical follow-up belong with that clinician or the patient-care service’s clinical support channel. Mediwells can help route an administrative question but cannot override a clinician’s judgment.

Website information and limits

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but its informational content can become outdated and access may be interrupted. Confirm current care details, price, eligibility, and any clinical instructions in the applicable patient-care service before making a decision. Do not rely on a general website description as a promise of a particular medical outcome or order.

To the extent permitted by law, this informational website is provided as available, without an assurance that every page will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer, privacy, or patient rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Any future transaction may have additional terms that must be presented before you agree to it.

Changes and questions

We may revise these Terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. A new version applies to later use of the site after it is posted, except where law requires a different form of notice or agreement. Changes to a separate patient-care service’s terms are handled by that service.

If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining website terms continue to apply where lawful. For a question or complaint about this website, email [email protected]. We can help identify the right channel for a clinical or transaction question, but do not send sensitive medical details in the first email.
